Samuella Faulkner is a multi-skilled consultant with 10 working years of expertise in the public and private sectors in various leadership, management, and technical roles. She has profound knowledge skills expertise and experience in Research Monitoring & Evaluation; Environmental and Social Safeguard Management; Livelihood Restoration and Resettlement; Community Relations and Stakeholder engagement; Capacity Building, Project Management, Proposal, and Report Writing, Data Management, and Statistical Analysis. In addition, she has a blend of experience in research survey monitoring and evaluation and data collection and analysis working with Microsoft Excel, Access, Business Intelligence and SPSS statistical software package.
Julius Mattai is a multi-talented and technically skilled Geo-scientist with 26 years working experience in both the private and public sectors in various leadership, management and technical roles in the Ukraine, United Kingdom, Sierra Leone and Liberia. He has profound working knowledge and expertise in Environmental and Natural Resources Management; Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing; Management Information Systems (MIS); Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E); Energy and Climate Change (Mitigation and Adaptation); Disaster Risk Reduction and Disaster Risk Management; Health Information Systems (HIS); Geology and Mineral Exploration. Julius is the Founder and was the Managing Director (2011-2019) of INTEGEMS, where he provided integrated geo-information; geo-scientific; geology and mining; research; monitoring & evaluation; and environmental management services and solutions to various private businesses and governmental and non-governmental organisations, including the World Bank, UNDP, UNOPS, UNICEF, ARUP, TRANSCO, ShanSteel and various Government of Sierra Leone Ministries, Departments and Agencies.
Prince Kemoi is a multi-skilled Consultant with 5 years of working experience and expertise in providing services and solutions to both the public and private sectors. He has profound technical skills in Environmental Resources Management, including Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessment (ESHIA); Geographic Information System (GIS) using ESRI products (ArcGIS Desktop, Mobile and server); Climate Change and Disaster Management; Research, Monitoring and Evaluation; Geoscientific Data and Information Management, including Geological Mapping and Interpretation, Mineral Exploration and Mining. He has excellent skills and good working knowledge of using various GIS, Remote Sensing, Web/Content Management Systems and Database Management Tools to implement solutions for various projects.
Kenneth Koker is a technically skilled professional with over five (5) years of working experience in Management Information Systems (MIS),Geographic Information System (GIS) and Data Analytics. Kenneth leads on Web and Mobile Application Design and Development projects, Cloud Infrastructure Management, and provides support in Drone Mapping, GIS, and Data Analytics.

Kenneth has worked as a Systems Designer and Developer for several MIS-related projects, including but not limited to the development of Climate Information Disaster Management and Early Warning Systems (CIDMEWS, accessed: https://www.cidmews-sl.solutions); design and development of the Sierra Leone National Monitoring and Evaluation Management Information System (NaMEMIS); the Sierra Leone Open Data Portal (ODP) and the Service-Level Agreement (SLA) cloud-based database system for the Ministry of Health and Sanitation’ Integrated Health Project Administration Unit (IHPAU).

In 2021, he led the establishment of a Server System for Oceanographic Monitoring Stations (OMS) and Data Integration with CIDMEWS and WMO Global Monitoring Network (https://www.cidmews-sl.solutions). This required the design and set up/configuration of a dedicated cloud server system for the Sierra Leone Meteorological Agency (SLMet) and the development of all the necessary communications, transmission, and data exchange interventions (software) for integrating the OMS data into the existing CIDMEWS network and the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO) global monitoring network.

Kenneth is currently a Senior Consultant and Technical Services Manager at INTEGEMS Limited. He provides technical expertise in MIS, ICT, and GIS-related projects, including planning; and coordinating activities in data extraction and processing; information systems design and development; and technical audits of ICT infrastructures. He is also a member of the Sierra Leone Flying Labs (SLFL), a robotics knowledge hub that builds capacities and focuses on implementing appropriate robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to solve local challenges and needs. Kenneth provides MIS and GIS knowledge and expertise to SLFL.
