Hafisatu Ruth Dumbuya is a highly motivated and results-driven Finance Professional with years of invaluable experience in numerous Finance and Administration fields, including Financial Forecasting, Managing Budget, Auditing, and Interpreting financial data using the General Acceptable Accounting Principle (GAAP). Having the ability to handle complex assignments effectively & possesses the confidence to work as part of a team in delivering substantial results.

At INTEGEMS, she has executed financial and administrative expertise and working experience in using accounting packages such as QuickBooks, Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (IBM-SPSS) and experience in Human Resources Services using Enterprise Resources Management (ODOO) and Orange HRM in providing Accounting and Administrative solutions to various public and private sector clients including World Bank and the United Nations Family.

Hafisatu has also acquired sound knowledge in Research Monitoring and Evaluation, Socio-Economic and Information Management Systems including the Collection of data with applications such as (Survey 123 and Open Data Kit (ODK). She has profound experience in Community Relations and Stakeholder Engagements, Qualitative and Quantitative Data analysis using Microsoft Excel. She has good Interpersonal Skills which has helped her with proper interaction to perform well in different organizations in terms of production and delivering better results to her clients and the general public. Hafisatu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) at the University of Sierra Leone, she is currently undertaking her Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Accountancy Qualification and also pursuing an MSc in Procurement Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) University of Sierra Leone. She attained a Certificate in Result- Based Management, Programme Monitoring, Evaluation and Quality Assurance by Regional Services Centre for Africa (RSC-A) with United Nations Development Program (UNDP). She was part of a Master Class Training program in Becoming an Effective Internal Auditor conducted by Milestone Technology College (Accredited by TEC and NCTVA). She has also acquired the following online certifications; Fundamentals of Project Management by Philanthropy University, Reading Financial Statement by Corporate Finance Institute (CFI), HR Fundamentals by Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Contract Management: Building Relationships in Business by University of Southampton and World Commerce and Contracting.
