Mamoud Mansaray, ICT Officer

Mamoud Mansaray is a computer scientist with well-rounded experience in software development with a focus on object-oriented design, user-centered design, and continuous integration. His skills include HTML, CSS, server-side scripting, graphic design, and programming in Java, and C++. He has programmed various web applications and websites for different projects and has managed many large web projects in the past, even developing a whole ERP/CRM system for INTEGEMS.

Mamoud also has extensive experience in end-to-end data warehouse development, including developing comprehensive project plans, collecting business requirements, developing business dimensional models, designing database schemas, and developing enterprise data warehouse architecture and strategies.

These have been implemented for many business functions to build and optimize the performance of user-centric, high-impact websites. He has successfully leveraged technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to create dynamic, high-speed websites, apps, and platforms, including open data portals . He has profound knowledge and skills in Database design, Development and Hosting, Management Information Systems (MIS), and Data and Information Management (including mobile data collection using ODK, Survey 123, etc.). He is also very adept and competent in .NET and Web Technology undertaking various projects providing end-user technical support and administration of various enterprise systems. This also includes the application of Content Management Systems (Joomla, WordPress, Drupal) using technologies such as PHP, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, and Zend Framework. He also possesses good skills in developing and maintaining databases in MS Access, MySQL, SQL Server PostgreSQL, and various productivity applications (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Data Studio). Mamoud also has working knowledge and expertise in geographical Information Systems (GIS) using the ESRI ArcGIS family (ArcGIS Server and GeoEvent Processor, ArcGIS for Desktop, ArcGIS Online) and Remote Sensing. Mamoud holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and currently awaiting his master’s degree in Computer Science with Data Analysis from the University of Sunderland UK
