Samuella Faulkner, Managing Director
Samuella Faulkner is an Environmental practitioner with over 14 years of experience in public and private sectors in various leadership, management and technical roles. She has vast knowledge, skills and experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) permitting/licensing, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs), Environmental Audits, Environmental Management, Strategic Environmental Assessment, Community Relations and Stakeholder Engagements, Project Management and Technical Proposal and Report Writing and Business Development.
She has effectively supervised, coordinated and managed various development projects and assignments in Sierra Leone where she has provided practical and achievable environmental management solutions for project impacts and benefits. She has very good knowledge and understanding of both national and international environmental legislation and policy requirements including IFC Performance Standards, World Bank Environmental and Social Framework, Equator Principles, Environmental Health and Safety Guidelines. She has profound knowledge and understanding of local and international environmental protection laws and implementation. Samuella has strong oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills and she is skilled in Bid, Project and Client Management. She is a persuasive team leader with positive attitude, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills dealing with both internal and external contacts and spanning cultural boundaries.
Samuella is currently the Managing Director and Principal Consultant at INTEGEMS Limited where she is responsible for the design, development and implementation of business processes and management. She possesses outstanding organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. Samuella holds a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Management and Quality Control from Njala University College and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biological Sciences from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. She is an Associate member (AIEMA) of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA), UK.
She also has other certificates in Result Based Management and Quality Assurance (UNDP), Environmental and Social Framework in Practice (World Bank), Environmental and Social Management for Health Project (World Bank) and Cartography, Introduction to ArcGIS Pro with basic knowledge and understanding of GIS Analysis and Photogrammetry.
