The Ministry of Planning and Economic Development engaged INTEGEMS to design and develop a Project Mapping and Information System (PMIS) (https://mopedpartnershipmappingtool.gov.sl/), a web-based GIS platform that enables MoPED and its partners to monitor, evaluate, and coordinate NGO projects and programs throughout Sierra Leone.

The system provides real-time geospatial data visualization, project tracking, and performance analytics, allowing for improved transparency, accountability, and decision-making in development planning. The system has been tested and has significantly improved transparency and accountability in project implementation, offering real-time insights into funding allocations and project progress.
