Mamoud Mansaray is a multi-skilled Consultant with several years of working experience in providing services and solutions to both the private and public sectors. He has profound working knowledge and skills in Environmental Monitoring (including Air, Noise and Water quality monitoring), Natural Resources Management; Environmental, Social and Impact Assessments (ESIA); Geographical Information Systems (GIS) using ESRI ArcGIS family (ArcGIS Server and GeoEvent Processor, ArcGIS for Desktop, ArcGIS Online) and Remote Sensing; Management Information Systems (MIS); Data and Information Management (Including mobile data collection using ODK, Survey 123 etc.), Climate Change and Disaster Management. Mamoud is very competent in .NET and Web Technology and provides end-user technical support and administration of various enterprise systems. He creatively uses his technical skills to design, develop and host Web and Content Management Systems (Joomla, Word press, Drupal) using technologies such as PHP, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, and ZendFramework. He also possesses good skills in developing and maintaining databases in MS Access, MySQL, SQL Server and PostgreSQL and various productivity applications (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Google DataStudio).

Mamoud has in-depth working knowledge on Environmental and Social Impact Assessment(ESIA) including Abbreviated Resettlement Action Plan (ARAP), Resettlement Action Plan(RAP), Environmental and Social Management Plan(ESMP) and Community Development Action Plan (CDAP) where he took responsibility as an Environmental Expert (Air Quality, Noise and Water Analyst) on several Projects in Sierra Leone which include; Environmental Impact Assessment for United Nation Office for Project Services (UNOPS) Freetown Emergency Recovery Project – Landslide Remediation; Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessment (ESHIA) of Copperbelt Energy Corporation Africa – Sierra Leone (CECA –SL) Ltd's Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) Power Generation (128 MW) Project in Freetown, Sierra Leone; Establishment of a Baseline Database of the Environmental Component of the Côte d'Ivoire-Liberia-Sierra Leone and Guinea (CLSG) Project Area in Sierra Leone where he took responsibility and show leadership to collect, stored and analysed environmental data on air quality, water quality, and noise monitoring.

Mamoud holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Computer Science (2016, N’jala University, Sierra Leone).
